Her mother was one of the greatest surgeons to ever work at the hospital and Meredith is held to her standards. Season one revolves around the lives of five surgical interns as they take on their first year as doctors. Not all of them will make it to the next level as residents. Some of the interns even make relationships with their bosses putting their jobs at risk. Every episode will keep someone on the edge of their seat because there is always a new medical emergency and new drama. The drama in this show increases to a whole new level each season. In the series, there is a shooting, a plane crash, a bomb, betrayal, scandals, crashes, and much more. Peoples lives are at risk in every episode and the doctors must find a way to work together to save their patients and themselves. As doctors come and go friendships and relationships are tested, including with those who they thought they could trust the most.
